At Alcon Brake Kits, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury apparel and accessories. We offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
